Credits & billing, explained
How do AI credits work?+
1 credit for 1 AI doc generation. 3 credits for 1 minute of AI voiceover generation. Face & screen videos themselves are unlimited on every plan.
Do monthly credits roll over if not used?+
No. Unused monthly credits reset with your next billing cycle and don't carry over. (Add-on credits are the exception — those never expire.)
Are credits added every month?+
On Starter and Pro, yes — credits refresh automatically every billing cycle. Lifetime is a one-time 200-credit pack instead, topped up pay-as-you-go after that, no subscription.
Do add-on credits roll over?+
Yes. Add-on credits never expire. They stay in your account until you use them.
What if I exhaust my credits?+
Buy add-on credits anytime — $0.50 each on Starter and Pro, or just $0.30 each on Lifetime. They never expire, and face & screen videos (Loom-type) stay unlimited either way.
Do you offer refunds?+
No. Refunds are not provided, as all credits and features are made available immediately after purchase.
